Logic model

A logic model is the quickest way to get your whole programme onto one page. It lays out, in order, what you put in, what you do, what that produces, and the change that follows — so anyone can see the logic connecting your daily work to your mission.

A logic model sets out inputs, activities, outputs, outcomes and impact in a simple linear sequence; a theory of change adds the reasoning and assumptions behind each step.
