CASE STUDIES

Real charities, real results — coming soon.

CharityIQ launched in 2026. We’re working with our first cohort of UK charities and will publish their stories — with their permission and their words — as the year progresses.

What we’ll publish

Each case study will cover three things, in plain English:

  • The charity. Income band, geography, beneficiary group, the trustee who agreed to be quoted.
  • What changed. How long grant applications took before, how long now. Annual return time before, after. Specific funders applied to and the outcome.
  • What we’d improve. Where the platform fell short, or where we’d recommend a charity use a different tool. We’re not interested in marketing-shaped case studies that don’t tell the truth about gaps.

Why we don’t have any yet

Honest answer: we’re a new product. Manufacturing case studies before charities have used the platform long enough to tell us what’s working would be dishonest. The sector has too many SaaS vendors who fabricate or over-polish their customer stories. We won’t do that.

We expect first published case studies from summer 2026. They’ll appear here, in the blog, and on our LinkedIn.

Want to be one?

If you’re a UK charity (£25k–£500k income) trialling CharityIQ and willing to share what works and what doesn’t, email office@charityiq.co.uk with “Case study” in the subject line. We do not pay for testimonials. We do offer extended trial access and the chance to shape the roadmap.

In the meantime

The cleanest way to evaluate CharityIQ is to try it on your charity’s actual work. Free Grant Finder takes 60 seconds to set up and runs forever. The 14-day paid trial requires no credit card and is enough time to draft a real grant application end-to-end.
