If you upload data about identifiable individuals (beneficiaries, donors, staff), you must:

AI use — funder disclosure

Some UK funders ask whether AI was used in preparing applications. If asked, answer honestly. Our outputs are clearly grounded in verified data and cite their sources — funders generally welcome this transparency.

Reporting abuse

If you believe another user is breaching this policy, email office@charityiq.co.uk. We investigate every report and take action proportionate to the severity.

Consequences of breach

If you breach this policy, we may (depending on severity): warn you, suspend your account, terminate your account without refund, or refer matters to relevant authorities.
