Senior management function

Disqualification is usually discussed as a trustee issue. Scotland extended it further.

Scottish charity law brings senior managers within the disqualification regime, so the check is not limited to the board. The Charities (Regulation and Administration) (Scotland) Act 2023 made this change as part of a wider package.
